Required documents to create your Kap Numérik aid application.

BusinessesSelf-employed professionalsAssociations
Businesses less than 2 years old
- Valid national ID card (or passport) of the legal representative.
- Bank details (RIB): the account holder name must match the “company name” field.
- Extract from the national business register (data.inpi.fr).
- A forecast operating statement or a projected income statement for the next 3 years listing expected revenue, necessary expenses, planned financing, and upcoming investments, signed by the legal representative.
- Copy of the lease or property title where the activity is carried out.
- Detailed quote, signed and stamped by the provider (✅ I take care of it).
- Digital action plan and commitment forms signed by the provider and beneficiary and downloadable from the Région website (✅ I take care of it).
Businesses more than 2 years old
- Valid national ID card (or passport) of the legal representative.
- Bank details (RIB): the account holder name must match the “company name” field.
- KBIS or D1 extract issued within the last 3 months.
- Balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last closed fiscal year.
- DSN for year N-1 (specify full-time equivalents and non-permanent contracts: apprentices, seasonal workers, intermittent, etc.).
- Extract from the national business register (data.inpi.fr).
- Copy of the lease or property title where the activity is carried out.
- Detailed quote, signed and stamped by the provider (✅ I take care of it).
- Digital action plan and commitment forms signed by the provider and beneficiary and downloadable from the Région website (✅ I take care of it).
Micro-entrepreneurs and sole proprietors without a balance sheet
- Valid national ID card (or passport) of the legal representative.
- Bank details (RIB): the account holder name must match the “company name” field.
- N-1 tax notice or a summary table of revenue.
- Extract from the national business register (data.inpi.fr).
- Copy of the lease or property title where the activity is carried out.
- Detailed quote, signed and stamped by the provider (✅ I take care of it).
- Digital action plan and commitment forms signed by the provider and beneficiary and downloadable from the Région website (✅ I take care of it).
Unregulated liberal professions and similar
- Valid national ID card (or passport) of the legal representative.
- Bank details (RIB): the account holder name must match the “company name” field.
- SIREN register status certificate.
- URSSAF certificate or latest income tax notice.
- Copy of the tax memo.
- For those incorporated as a company: a KBIS extract less than 3 months old.
- Copy of the lease or property title where the activity is carried out.
- Detailed quote, signed and stamped by the provider (✅ I take care of it).
- Digital action plan and commitment forms signed by the provider and beneficiary and downloadable from the Région website (✅ I take care of it).
Associations
- Valid national ID card (or passport) of the legal representative.
- Bank details (RIB): the account holder name must match the “company name” field.
- SIREN register status certificate.
- Copy of updated and approved statutes.
- Copy of the prefecture declaration receipt or publication in the Official Journal.
- Decision (minutes, extract or equivalent) of the Board of Directors in favor of the digital project.
- List of Board members.
- Balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last closed fiscal year.
- Copy of the lease or property title where the activity is carried out.
- For associations less than two years old: a forecast operating statement or projected income statement for the next 3 years listing expected revenue, necessary expenses, planned financing, and upcoming investments, signed by the legal representative.

Kap Numérik FAQ
What is Kap Numérik (2023 edition)?
It’s a regional grant co-funded by the European Union and the Réunion Region (FEDER 2021-2027) to finance the creation or improvement of a website and online presence.
Who can benefit?
Small businesses under 20 employees (excluding the digital sector) based in La Réunion, some associations under 10 employees, and unregulated liberal professions subject to turnover caps.
How much can you receive?
Companies under 10 employees can receive up to 80% of eligible expenses (cap €3,200). Companies with 10–19 employees can receive up to 50% (cap €2,000).
What types of actions are funded?
Website creation/redesign, e-commerce, chatbot, mobile app, community management, digital strategy, content production (photos/web design/logo), security, and marketplace subscription.
What do you need to apply?
The application is online and requires the requested documents plus a quote from a digital service provider.
